Justin Miley

Justin Miley joined Five Star Bank as Senior Vice President / Business Development Officer. Mr. Miley has over 20 years of commercial banking experience and is an expert in building client relationships. Mr. Miley most recently served as Senior Vice President / Commercial Relationship Manager at Northern California National Bank where he served clients within the agriculture industry. Before this, he worked with Tri Counties Bank where his primary responsibility was to expand their customer base and loan portfolio. He graduated from the Western States School of Banking and the American Bankers Association’s National Commercial Lending School. He actively participates in the community and serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for Achieve Charter School of Chico. He serves as the Assistant District Governor and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Paradise. He has also served as a Past President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butte County. He is proud to volunteer as a driver with A Simple Gesture, a door-to-door food collection program that provides food to those in need in Paradise and Magalia. Mr. Miley has also served as a Board Member and is a current coach for the Paradise Little League.
