Senior Vice President / Managing Director
Micah Horgen joined Five Star Bank as SVP / Managing Director as part of Five Star Bank’s San Francisco Bay Area team. Mr. Horgen has over 15 years of commercial banking experience. He most recently served as Business Relationship Management Manager at Wells Fargo where he was responsible for driving the customer retention of a portfolio of over 2,500 business customers. In his prior role, he led the Top 5% producing team in Small Business Development from 2017-2023. Mr. Horgen received the Wells Fargo Golden Spoke Award in 2018, the Circle of Stars award in 2015 and 2016, a Production Excellence Award in 2015, a Treasury Management Sales Award in 2015 and the Coaches Excellence Award in 2012 and 2013. Mr. Horgen graduated from Wheaton College with a bachelor’s degree in business and economics. He also earned his Certificate in the Business of Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School and is currently working on earning an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
