Renzo Lujan

Renzo Lujan joined Five Star Bank in 2023 as Senior Vice President / Managing Director. He is part of Five Star Bank’s San Francisco Bay Area team. He came to us from First Republic Bank where he worked for 14 years and most recently served as Managing Director / District Manager. In this role, he specialized in working with non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs, and professional service providers. He was one of the founders of First Republic’s Latino/a/x Employee Resource Group and most recently served as its President. Prior to this, he worked with Citibank and Washington Mutual Bank.

Mr. Lujan is passionate about promoting financial literacy, building strong, long-lasting relationships and building high-performing teams through mentorship. He is a seasoned banker with twenty years in the financial industry and ten years managing high-producing teams. He holds several licenses and certifications, including Management Accelerator (McKinsey & Company, 2022), Latino Board Leadership Academy (Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, 2021), Leadership Development Program (Wharton Development Program, 2020) and a Financial Accounting certification (Harvard Business School Online, 2023). Mr. Lujan is a Board member of Pan Peru, USA, and serves on the Admissions Committee at The Olympic Club. He has previously served as a Board member of the Noe Valley Merchants & Professionals Association and the West Portal Merchants Association.
